Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a licensed LMFT for a remote, telehealth-based role in Hawaii. You will support clients through secure online therapy sessions, assess needs, and provide family-systems-based care for relationship challenges and life changes.

Ideal candidates have a Hawaii LMFT license, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and strong documentation and telehealth skills to work with individuals, couples, and families on a full-time weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii LMFT license is required.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families.
• Ability to document clearly and timely.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and remote sessions.
• Full-time weekday schedule is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Address concerns such as conflict, anxiety, stress, and communication issues.
• Maintain organized and timely documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and telehealth guidelines.
