Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. You will provide video sessions, apply CBT and related evidence-based therapies, and use measurement-based care to monitor progress.

We handle billing, credentialing, and insurance, with strong clinical support and flexible scheduling for a sustainable private practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT; other modalities welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR
