Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
