Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, focusing on delivering client care while our team handles billing, claims, and admin.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations. Telehealth is required, and providers may receive a $20 in-person session uplift where offered.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.

• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
