Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, enabling flexible practice within telehealth.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. In-person session incentives may apply in WA; clients and referrals are supported by Rula.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to WA clients.
• Maintain client notes and ensure charting compliance.
• Coordinate with Rula support for scheduling and billing.
