Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of WA-licensed clinicians to deliver behavior health services via telehealth. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, while Rula handles billing, insurance enrollment, and EHR support.

Therapists set availability, receive client referrals, and benefit from dedicated support and ongoing clinical development opportunities. A $20 increase to base pay for in-person sessions is available for select sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in WA.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be able to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling services to clients in a private practice setting.
• Maintain professional documentation and notes for sessions.
• Coordinate with Rula administration for scheduling and billing via the platform.
