Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with full schedule autonomy and guaranteed biweekly payments. Therapists will deliver telehealth LMHC sessions, manage notes, and benefit from dedicated support and a robust credentialing process.

Positions are remote with WA-based eligibility; therapists control their caseloads and referrals while earning $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and enjoying no marketplace matching fees.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Licensed in Washington for telehealth.
• Contractor status: 1099 with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Complete session notes and client documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with partners and insurance providers.
• Manage your availability and client referrals through the Rula platform.
