Job summary

Rula is expanding its licensed clinician network and offers 1099 contract roles with full scheduling autonomy. Providers can see clients via telehealth, manage their own calendar, and receive ongoing support for insurance enrollment and billing.

EHR, billing, and claims are handled by the Rula team. LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensed clinicians with NPI are invited to join in Washington and beyond, with pay of $80 per 53‑minute session and biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and hold an active NPI.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
• Telehealth capability and private practice readiness required.
• Contractor (1099) status with no minimum caseloads and schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to clients.
• Manage appointments, notes, and EHR documentation for sessions.
• Engage in fast credentialing with insurance partners and referrals.
• Maintain professional licensure and participate in ongoing development.
