Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington provider network and seeks licensed mental health professionals to join as 1099 contractors. You will deliver telehealth sessions, set your own schedule, and receive dedicated administrative support from our team.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-shows/late cancellations protection. You decide how many clients to see and Rula provides referrals and billing handling to keep you focused on care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed mental health therapy to clients via telehealth.
• Document sessions and notes in the EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula team for scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain independent contractor status under WA licensure.
