Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and hiring LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs as 1099 contractors. Providers control their schedules, see clients via telehealth, and receive referrals without marketplace fees. Rula handles billing, claims, and admin tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical care.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-show protections. In-person session bonuses may apply when available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington (WA)
• Must be able to provide telehealth
