Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join as a remote, 1099 contractor.

You’ll deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth, at $80 per hour, with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. You'll benefit from fast credentialing, direct deposit every two weeks, and comprehensive admin support covering billing, claims, and EHR.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI required.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
• Independent contractor (1099) with no minimum caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain session notes and client records.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing and EHR support.
• Manage scheduling with full autonomy.
