Job summary

Rula is building a nationwide network of licensed clinicians to deliver high‑quality behavioral health care through telehealth. This is a 1099 contractor role with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy; providers can control when they work and how many clients to see, while Rula handles billing, EHR, and admin.

Compensation details include LMHC rate of $80 per 53‑minute session, guaranteed payment every two weeks, and a per‑in‑person session bonus of $20.
