Job summary

Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote telehealth services in Washington state. You will operate as a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload while earning $80 per hour for a 53-minute session.

The role includes guaranteed biweekly payments via direct deposit, payment protection for no-shows and cancellations, and full administrative support from Rula so you can focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LMFT therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Maintain and document clinical notes and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with Rula for scheduling and referrals.
• Engage in credentialing support and client referrals provided by Rula.
