Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts for a full-time remote/telehealth role. You will see individuals, couples, and families by video, manage your own caseload, and make clinical decisions with compliant record-keeping.

Requirements include a Master’s in MFT and an active MA LMFT license, with at least 1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and a 3% 401K match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active Massachusetts LMFT license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• See individuals, couples, and families by video.
• Lead cases involving relationship and family concerns.
• Ask the right questions to understand family dynamics.
• Support clients through difficult conversations and changes at home.
• Complete notes after sessions and maintain records.
• Bring cases forward for consultation or clinical input.
• Follow confidentiality and MA licensing requirements.
