Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. They receive payment per hourly session and biweekly direct deposit, with protections for no-shows and late cancellations.

All providers must be licensed in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW), hold an NPI, and be able to offer telehealth. Rula offers credentialing support and a flexible, provider-focused platform.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via telehealth to clients.
• Maintain session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula support for scheduling and referrals.
