Compensation details show LMHCs earning $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-show/late cancellation protection. WA providers can join with the potential for in‑person session adjustments.

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW and licensed in Washington.
