Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LMFTs, LICSWs to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth sessions with flexible schedules and no minimum caseloads. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, paid biweekly, with billing and admin handled by Rula, so you can focus on clinical care.

Requirements include WA licensure, valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth. Remote work available across WA and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington and other eligible states
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the EHR
• Follow Rula's billing, claims, and admin processes
