Job summary

Rula is building a national network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health services. Providers are 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on delivering care while Rula handles billing, enrollment, and insurance.

Washington licensure and telehealth capability are required. Compensation includes LMHC at 80 dollars per 53-minute session, paid biweekly with protections for no-shows and denials.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions to clients.
• Maintain notes and sessions in EHR; collaborate with billing and admin teams.
