Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC with a valid NPI.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and billing notes.
• Coordinate credentialing and referrals with the Rula team.
• Deliver telehealth sessions and uphold professional licensure.
