Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health providers delivering high-quality telehealth care to individuals, couples and families. As a 1099 contractor, you maintain complete schedule autonomy while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing and claims management, freeing you to focus on client care.

LMHCs (or LICSW/LMFT) in Washington can join with flexible hours and reliable, bi-weekly direct deposit payments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions with clients as a licensed mental health professional.
• Maintain session notes and use the EHR for documentation.
• Manage scheduling autonomously and see clients per availability.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment on your behalf.
