Job summary

Rula is a behavioral health solution expanding its provider network for telehealth services across Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with session autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering care to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) for LMHCs, with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. You decide availability and receive support for credentialing and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth LMHC sessions with clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and EHR documentation.
• Coordinate with billing/support teams for claims and scheduling.
