Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Rula offers $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. New providers can receive a $20 increase to base pay for every in-person session when an office space is available, and credentialing is streamlined to get

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients via the Rula platform.
• Maintain accurate session notes and treatment plans in the EHR.
• Coordinate with admin team for billing, claims, and scheduling.
