Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed therapists. We hire 1099 contractors who control their schedules and see clients via telehealth with session autonomy and no minimum caseload.

LMHCs are paid per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and patient no-show protections. In-person session pay bumps exist for new providers, and credentialing for insurance partners happens quickly so you can start seeing clients within a month.

Competenze

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
