Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, enabling flexible telehealth work.

The base pay is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposits and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. New providers receive fast credentialing, complete control over availability, and access to consistent client referrals.

• Must hold LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure.
