Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering telehealth sessions across the country.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. In-person session pay uplift applies when office space is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Telehealth capability is mandatory.
