Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support roles.
• Expertise in Relativity is required; experience with Relativity aiR is a plus.
• Proficiency with transcript/video management tools (Opus 2) is essential.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to legal teams on budgeting, document databases, productions, and transcript management.
• Deliver expert analysis, guidance, and recommendations to case teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day Litigation Support requests and manage internal staff and outside vendors.
• Set up war rooms and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology for trials.
• Collaborate with nationwide Litigation Support personnel to service all GT offices on multiple projects.
