Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience with e-filing systems and federal filing.
• Experience with Medical Chronologies.
• Insurance Defense or Insurance Coverage experience preferred.
• Proficiency in NetDocuments, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other filings.
• Utilize files and research tools to support case development.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and related documents.
• Draft motions and legal documents including proposed orders and objections.
• Manage e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts; ensure local rules compliance.
• Process deposition transcripts and coordinate discovery materials.
• Prepare trial and arbitration binders, exhibits, timelines, and demonstratives.
• Review document production and perform Bates stamping.
