Job summary

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Under the updated Competency-Based Qualification Standard for the IT Management Series (2210), applicants must meet or exceed all required competencies at the minimum proficiency level for the GS-9 grade(s).
• Have the required specialized experience for the GS-07 and/or GS-9 grade(s), as described below.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and courtroom presentation.
• Test, configure, install, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot litigation support hardware and software.
• Resolve hardware, software, and system interoperability issues affecting litigation support operations.
• Maintain the inventory and operational readiness of litigation support equipment and technology assets.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data by implementing and supporting information security policies, procedures, and technical controls.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain internet, intranet, and extranet resources that support litigation operations
• Provide customer support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, technical assistance, and end-user training
• Assist with planning, policy development, and process improvements related to litigation support and information technology services.
