U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Alaska is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to provide technical and analytical support for information management, litigation support, and secure systems.

You will assist attorneys and staff with electronic evidence, case preparation, trial support, and courtroom technology. The role covers Windows workstations, enterprise networks, litigation software, and information security controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and courtroom presentation, in response to customer needs.
• Test, configure, install, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot litigation support hardware and software.
• Resolve hardware, software, and system interoperability issues affecting litigation support operations.
• Maintain the inventory and operational readiness of litigation support equipment and technology assets.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data by implementing and supporting information security policies, procedures, and technical controls.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain internet, intranet, and extranet resources that support litigation operations
• Provide customer support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, technical assistance, and end‑user training
• Assist with planning, policy development, and process improvements related to litigation support and information technology services.
