Job Responsibilities

Seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with experience defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years in Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation
• Additional experience in general liability, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect
• Bonus: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
