Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice.
• Superior writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Able to manage a heavy workload and produce substantial legal work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
• Conducting legal research.
• Appearing at a wide range of court appearances including high-level contested motions and evidentiary hearings.
• Responding to discovery requests and motion practice.
• Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising and executing strategies.
