Advanced Systems Group LLC seeks a Line Producer/Shooter to drive production from concept to capture. This hybrid role blends on-set shooting with logistics, enabling fast-paced teams to work smoothly across locations.

Based in the United States with the SF Bay Area focus, you’ll deploy field shoots, coordinate travel and gear, secure permits and releases, manage budgets with producers, oversee camera/lighting gear, and hand off assets to post‑production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film or related field
• 2–4 years in video production or field coordination
• Proven on-set camera/tech operation experience
• Portfolio or reel required

Responsibilities

• Capture high-impact content on set and in the field
• Manage shoot logistics, travel, lodging, gear, and call sheets
• Secure permits, COIs, releases, and talent waivers
• Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination
• Oversee gear prep and on-set technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate with local crews and fixer networks
• Handle post-production handoff and rough cuts if needed
