Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking clinicians pursuing Michigan State Licensure as an LPC to provide telehealth sessions. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and offers a pathway to independent licensure in Michigan.

We expect 25+ sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability, plus supervision, benefits, and training. Full-time therapists receive health coverage, paid time off, student loan repayment assistance, and CEU support while building a robust caseload with Thriveworks

Qualifications

• Pursuing Michigan State Licensure as an LPC.
• Independent licensure in Michigan.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling for depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Able to maintain a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
