Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a Remote full-time Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) role for Nebraska-licensed clinicians. Work with adults and adolescents, manage a steady caseload, and collaborate with a clinical team as needed.

You will conduct telehealth sessions Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska LIMHP license.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Ability to manage a steady clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled counseling appointments with adults and adolescents.
• Review new cases and determine the starting point for care.
• Address concerns involving mood, behavior, stress, trauma, and life changes.
• Make clinical decisions when a client's condition shifts.
• Keep case information and records organized.
• Bring complex cases forward for consultation when appropriate.
• Meet Nebraska LIMHP professional and licensing requirements.
