Job summary

Green LED Lighting Solutions, a Canadian LED manufacturer with operations in Moncton, NB and Las Vegas, NV, seeks a remote, full-time design/drafting specialist for North America. You will produce AutoCAD design packages, build costed BOMs in CPQ/ERP, and support installers by phone.

You’ll turn repeat calls into installer-facing documentation and own the design package end to end. Requirements: 3+ years in design or drafting for AV/lighting, AutoCAD; Revit or D-Tools a plus; strong low-voltage

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a design or drafting role at an AV integrator, lighting integrator, or systems house.
• AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit or D-Tools a plus.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage DC fundamentals (voltage drop, power injection, PSU sizing).
• Clear, confident phone manner for installer support calls.
• Daily use of AI in work processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce design packages from markups in AutoCAD to company standards.
• Build costed BOMs in CPQ/ERP including connectors, PSUs, amplifiers, and wiring.
• Manage installer support line for about 40% of the week.
• Create installer-facing docs to reduce repeated calls.
