Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply financial concepts such as budgeting, debt elimination, insurance, investing, and retirement
  • Use our Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool to assess and support client needs
  • Help families get properly protected and on track toward financial independence
  • Obtain and maintain licenses in life insurance, investments (SIE, Series 6 & 63), and mortgage (NMLS)
  • Build and lead a team of licensed agents (optional leadership track)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a proven system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
