Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, remote sales role. You’ll earn commission-based compensation and tap into a proven system that has grown to a 40M/year agency, supported by onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training from day one.

You’ll meet with prospective clients online, present tailored life insurance solutions, and manage your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
