Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, helping individuals protect their financial futures by offering life insurance and living benefits. You will work with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with earnings based on production, with a potential to earn $85,000–$145,000 and additional incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a results focus.
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn new processes and products.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
• Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements
