AYS Group is seeking motivated sales professionals for a Remote Commission-Based Sales Specialist role in the insurance industry. This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity with warm leads, strong commission payouts, and the flexibility to build your income on your terms.

You will conduct virtual consultations, present customized insurance solutions, guide clients through enrollment, and manage a proactive sales pipeline to hit performance goals. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic tech skills and reliable internet access
• Previous sales experience is a plus
