Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will help families who requested information understand their options, guide them through licensing, and support them through underwriting.

As a career changer with strong people skills, you will manage your own schedule from home, complete licensing, and build a client base using exclusive lead systems. Training and mentorship are provided through Ben and Andrea at the agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to obtain state life insurance licensing before selling.
• Excellent people skills and honest when 'it depends' is the answer.

Responsibilities

• Speak with individuals who requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about household goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client.
• Remain with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation.
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training.
