The Cascarella Agency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our life insurance sales team. This role offers 100% commission and the opportunity to start your own business in the insurance field, with warm leads provided by our in-house marketing team.

No cold calling: you’ll follow up with interested prospects, explain products, guide clients through applications, and maintain accurate customer records from home in a flexible full-time or part-time arrangement.

Qualifications
