Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking driven individuals for a remote, work-from-home sales role based in Fresno, United States. You will help clients with financial protection and long-term goals, starting with structured training and mentorship using proven systems.

You will engage warm, pre-qualified leads, conduct virtual consultations, present tailored life insurance and annuity solutions, and guide clients from first contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and ethically influence decisions.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs.
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies.
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing.
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms.
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
