Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to assess client needs.
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies.
• Build trust and guide clients through decisions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain client records using CRM platforms.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
