You will meet with prospective clients virtually, educate families on life insurance products, and manage your sales pipeline. Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development are provided, with flexibility and a performance-based pay structure.

Qualifications

• Licensed life insurance agent or in process of licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented; able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain high professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
