Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home. This fully remote role offers industry-leading compensation, commissions, and bonuses through a proven system that helped build a $40M/year agency.

You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on protection strategies, and maintain client records while pursuing ongoing training and mentorship. License maintenance is required. Remote, US-only opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.

• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on clients' needs.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
