Qualifications

• Must hold Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one with Lipson Life Group's support.
• Self-starter with ambition and action orientation.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients, handle objections, schedule appointments, and follow up.
• Meet with families by phone or video to understand needs and existing coverage.
• Explain suitable life insurance options and help clients make informed decisions.
• Complete applications accurately and support clients through approval and beyond.
