AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals to join as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a fully remote, phone-based opportunity where you will identify clients' life insurance needs and guide them through the application process.

No previous insurance experience or license is required to apply. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided, with compensation based on commission and performance, via 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone
• Conduct life insurance appointments through telesales
• Identify client needs, goals, and budgets
