Meron Financial Agency is looking for a licensed life and health insurance producer to work from anywhere in the U.S. This Lead Model role focuses on warm inbound leads; there is no cold calling, and candidates in the Pittsburgh area get priority for occasional in-person touchpoints.

You’ll receive full training and mentorship to become licensed, with ongoing coaching as you build your own book of business.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Background check clearance.
• Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm inbound leads only, never cold calling.
• Complete onboarding covering product fundamentals and client conversations.
• Receive ongoing coaching to build your own book of business.
