High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
• Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.
• Cheap agents who sell policies costing $30-$70/month.
• People who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and can communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IULs, IBC, and FIA. We don't sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection.

We operate entirely virtually through telephone and Zoom meetings. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more agents.
