Job summary

The Drum Agency is seeking driven individuals to join our growing life insurance sales team. You will consult with potential and current clients to tailor coverage, meet virtually using our lead system, and manage policy documentation and CRM records.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering both part-time and full-time paths with uncapped commissions and mentorship. You choose when and where you work while accessing leading technology and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help).
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be coachable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage.
• Virtually meet with clients via our lead system (no cold calling).
• Manage sales tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and CRM records.
• Attend mentorship sessions and training (virtual or in-person).
